What is local delivery?

To qualify for local delivery please provide a Calgary address at check out. For health and safety reasons the address cannot be a condo, apartment or business.

 

Chestermere, Cochrane, Airdrie and Okotoks ARE NOT considered local delivery.

 

Why can’t you deliver to a condo or business address?
Firstly, for health and safety reasons, to prevent the risk of COVID-19, we can only do contactless delivery, no residence or businesses with buzzers. One of our team members has two small children at home and would prefer not to take the chance of exposure. Secondly, often our deliveries are completed early in the day during weekends, it is too difficult to coordinate if the resident is home or the business will have someone to accept the delivery. Thank you for understanding.

 

Do you have a cheaper delivery option?
YES! We offer a FREE pick up option at Trolley 5  twice a month.

 

Where is the pick up location?
17th Ave. SW. Once your order is ready for pick up you will be contacted with pick up instructions. If you need your order immediately please ask about delivery/shipping options.

 

How do the products fit?
All of our items are made from comfortable, high quality material. None of our products are boxy or baggy. The shirts are very fitted, use your judgment, if you are in between two sizes select the larger size.

 

Can I exchange my purchase?
No. Due to COVID-19 we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

When will you be ordering more of an out of stock item?
